職位描述:
Major Accountabilities主要職責:
1.Delivering Results (as per local expectations) 完成區域銷售目標
■ Sets challenging and realistic goals設定有挑戰性的并且可實現的目標
■ Supports assigned regional goals and commits to deliver on those goals
支持指定的區域目標并且承諾去實現這些目標
■ Ensures that while regional goals are met, individual district goals are also met or exceeded
確保區域及個人的銷售目標能完成或者超額完成
2. Business planning 業務規劃
■Executes commercial, marketing and financial strategies at the regional/national level
在負責區域內執行業務、市場及財務戰略
■Adapts regional/national business strategy to regional/national business environment
使業務戰略適合負責區域的商業環境
■Participates in business planning at the regional/national level
參與負責區域的業務規劃
■Leverages knowledge of marketing strategy, brand messages, competitors and disease area to optimise the sales plan
利用營銷策略,品牌信息,競爭對手和疾病方面得知識來優化銷售計劃
3. People Management人員管理
■ Ensures that DMs/ FLSMs comply with all various personnel related guidelines and SOPs
確保主管及地區經理遵守所有人事相關的指導方針和標準操作程序
■ Ensures all performance development processes are carried out for all team members
確保向所有團隊成員貫徹業績管理
■Coaches DMs/ FLSMs on all leadership capabilities and people management aspects
對主管及地區經理提供領導能力和人員管理方面的輔導
4. Customer Management客戶管理
■ Ensures that call frequency of DMs/ FLSMs is achieved
確保主管及地區經理達到拜訪次數的要求
■ Ensures implementation of customer management strategy for the organisation

5. Financial, administration & information management 財務、行政及信息管理
■ Ensures adequate controls in place to monitor regional/national and district budget utilisation
保證有足夠的控制措施來檢測負責區域及地區的預算使用率
■ Acts upon reposts generated from company sales information systems to improve regional/national business performance按照公司銷售信息系統得到的信息來改善所負責區域的銷售業績
Job Profile(Education & Experience)崗位要求 (學歷及經驗):
學歷
1.Relevant University Degree 相關大學學位
2.Very good command of English良好英文水平
3.Proficiency of computer literate熟練計算機知識
經驗
10+ years of Pharmaceutical Sales experience, with minimum 5 years in a managerial position, preferably with a multinational company
10年以上醫藥行業銷售經驗,至少5年的管理經驗,有跨國公司經歷優先
