* Involved in automation factory design, understanding the business, flows, equipment, materials, clear about the interaction between site and system. * Participated in the design and development of WCS understand system architecture, functional design, transactions, fields, etc., ensure that system functions meet business requirements, and provide support for the integration of interactive systems. * WCS的設(shè)計(jì)和開(kāi)發(fā)，了解系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)、功能設(shè)計(jì)和事務(wù)、字段等，確保系統(tǒng)功能符合業(yè)務(wù)需求，為系統(tǒng)的交互和對(duì)接提供支持。 * Embed lean/VSM during project design and development phase, to improve system operational efficiency and business convenience. * VSM運(yùn)用到系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)、開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程中，提高系統(tǒng)操作效率和業(yè)務(wù)便利性。 * Be responsible for the WCS, RCS systems’ test and go-live. * WCS、RCS等系統(tǒng)的測(cè)試和上線(xiàn) * Draft the SOPs according to the business need and regulations. * Be responsible for daily system maintenance management, including interfaces. * Problem investigation and solving warehouse applied systems. * Effective problem-solving and PPS (Practical Problem Solving) with IT and business departments together for interfaces between WCS and other systems. * WCS和不同系統(tǒng)之間的interface，與IT，業(yè)務(wù)部門(mén)等進(jìn)行有效的問(wèn)題解決和PPS(Practical problem solving)。 * systems requirement raising, design, development and testing. * Master data maintenance * Simple exception handling for the hardware equipment controlled by WCS * 系統(tǒng)所控制設(shè)備的簡(jiǎn)單異常處理 * Responsible for project managementInvolvement in logistic flow setup when there is new project. * Project evaluation, project management, tracking of project status and ensure project is running per plan. * To perform testing for new/ enhanced program in test environment to ensure no impact to other module/ area before roll out the change to productive system * new automation equipment and system solutions study * WCS change support * Preparation of training materials and user guide, Provide training to users. * as SME of warehouse system, especially WCS part, provide relevant training and skill enhancement for site personnel. * 作為倉(cāng)庫(kù)相關(guān)系統(tǒng)的專(zhuān)家，為工廠相關(guān)人員提供 相關(guān)培訓(xùn)和技能提升。 * SOP/WI updating: Revise related SOPs once new requirements come and monitor the implementation. * SOP/WI的更新：一旦出現(xiàn)新的要求就修改相關(guān)的SOP并監(jiān)督執(zhí)行。 * SOP/WI implementation and GMP requirements control * 負(fù)責(zé)SOP/WI的執(zhí)行和并按照GMP加以控制。 * Ensure all activities in line with GMP&SOP/WI * 確保所有的行為都遵從GMP和SOP/WI。 * WCS systems’ SOx audit, FCF audit. * WCS系統(tǒng) Sox審計(jì), FCF審計(jì)。必備條件Essential?Bachelor’s degree or above, major in computer, engineering or pharm related.?Good knowledge in SAP MM/WM module or WMS/WCS.?Experienced in project or system go-live.?Excellent communication and influence in English.?Data analysis and interpretation capability, data sensitivity.?Adaptability, continuous learning and learning agility.?Strong lean and continuous improvement skill.?Good communication, cooperation skill, and service sense.
