AssistPlantManager&DepartmentManagersindocumentmanagementanddailyadministrativeworks,includingmeetingarrangement,visitors’coordination,filingofdesignateddocuments,etc.Liaisewithrelatedgovernmentalagencies,vendorslikehotels,etc.Controlcompanycarsusage,coordinatedailycars’request.Arrangetravelthroughoutsideagents(Includingflightticket/hotelbookingsandtransportationarrangement)HelpensureGMhasmaterialssuchasPPTneededandispreparingforvariousmeetingsandevents.Beresponsibleforpreparinghigh-qualityweeklyandmonthlyoperationreport.Organizeannuallyandmonthlycriticalmeetingandpreparemeetingminutes.ObtainappropriateEHStrainingandreportincidentsofnoncompliancewithEHSlawsandrequirementsorfailuretocarryoutEHSresponsibilities,whichendangertheenvironmentorpeople.UnderstandandimplementBaxter,divisionandregulatoryEHSrequirementsasapplicabletoadministration.
