職位描述

1. Responsible for the production equipment systems design,
 specification, programming, simulation and testing, and startup assistance as well as providing detailed documentation
 upon project completion, ensuring all design practices,
 installation methods, testing and commissioning are running
 smoothly
 負責生產設備系統設計、規格、編程、模擬和測試，協助啟
 動，并在項目完成時提供詳細的檔案資料。確保所有的設計工
 作、安裝方案、測試和投入生產進程的順利開展。
 2. Manage the equipment cost of project budget; ensure that
 there is not any over budget.
 控制項目設備預算，確保項目無超預算開支。

3. Strengthen current Project Management practices.
 加強目前的項目管理實踐
 4. Document development work including writing protocols for
 manufacturing or scientific test results.
 文件建設工作包括編寫制造驗證或科學性的測試結果
 5. Compliance with SOP, GMP, ISO14001 and OHSAS18000.
 遵從 SOP,GMP, ISO14001 和 OHSAS18000.
 6. Total Employee Involvement with responsibility per EHS
 requirement. Ensure EHS/Quality impacts to be minimal
 during progress.
 根據工廠 EHS 的要求去履行全員參與員工應盡的職責。確保
 工作中的 EHS/質量安全問題風險最小化。

 1. Good PM skill. Good at English.
 具備良好的項目管理技巧, 良好的英語水平。
 2. Good knowledge in project management and engineering.
 Ability to learn and apply the new tools such as IE, FMEA etc.
 能學習并應用新的分析工具如工業工程、FMEA 等，具備良好
 項目及工程等知識。
 3. Independent judgment in the evaluation, selection and
 adaptation of various engineering techniques is required.
 能夠在多樣的工程技術上獨立自主地做出評估、選擇和改變。
