What You’ll Be Doing It’s impossible to list everything you’ll do here because every day is different. But a few things are clear, you’ll:
Develop and conduct education & training for internal & external stakeholders around acute kidney injury (AKI) and acute renal replacement therapy (ARRT); Design and organize medical & therapy adoption educational programs, and facilitate interaction with KOLs to optimize relevant therapeutics: Develop digital online medical education content to meet the needs of medical communities involved with acute renal replacement therapy Adapt & roll out the clinical therapy messages in line with global and regional medical affairs as well as commercial teams Develop and manage relationships with external KOLs, map & profile KOLs in alignment with Baxter China KOL segmentation & development strategies. Organize Advisory Boards, round table meetings, and other medical affairs non-promotional events; Lead the clinical research program and support publication in alignment with global as well as regional medical affairs strategies; Provide medical input to Baxter Healthcare product life circles, and collaborate with functional peers in needs of medical support.

[Qualifications]
Master degree or above with major in clinical medicine or medical; Over 3 years working experience including no less than 2 years’ proven clinical experience. ICU, Nephrology, or other circulation clinics relevant departments is preferred; Corporate MA working experience in health care industry is highly preferred; Excellent communications skills in both English and Chinese; A person with commercial acumen, strong interpersonal skills, problem solving ability and executive capability Strategic planner who is able to prioritize, design & organize with good teamwork in a changing environment
