Major Responsibilities / Activities 

o     Responsible to support projects related with New Suppliers (ECM or 3rd  Party Suppliers), New Products (Finished Goods or Hardware) Launch or  Acquisitions.  Major focus on Supply & Demand Planning Areas.

o     Responsible for managing within a matrixed organization.  May  indirectly manage planners and/or buyers to create and achieve  production/purchase plans to support new product launches/acquisitions in  accordance with business rules. 

o     Work with multiple manufacturing plants (ECM supplier or 3rd party  producer) and associated team members to discuss issues, performance, and  future strategies.   Guarantee net requirement calculation (MPS) according  with forecast, actual inventories and inventory coverage and deploy product (DRP)  to each location required. 

o     Will be required to travel domestically and internationally.

o     For new suppliers/products related with ECM/TPP guarantee OPLAN &  S&OP processes implementation in order to identify potential service or  inventory level issues/risks and facilitate discussion and decision making in  support of goals & objectives

o     Accountable for achieving fulfilment goals (OTIF, Backorder), in  conjunction with inventory goals (inventory value, turns, discard), through  distribution requirement planning and deployments for ECM & TPP.

o     Accountable for optimizing inventory performance and accomplish financial  inventory target for ECM & TPP codes/suppliers.  Minimize excess &  obsolete inventory through product life cycle management.
