This position is a sales development role: 

  His/her task is to win and grow B2B business with multinational enterprises in the Foreign Corporate sector. He/she will be responsible for developing medical, healthcare, and security solutions in the assigned market and sectors, with focus on clients’ China-based investment and projects. 

 Key Responsibilities:

•  Account Management and Development, New Business Development  
  
• Own and develop      existing clients through strong account management and up-selling      mechanism;
  
• Identifying and      qualifying new business opportunities; 
  
• Strong deal      closing capability;
  
• Develop multiple      contacts with decision makers in client organizations;
  
• Meet and exceed      growth targets and budgets set;
  
• Operate with      targets, pipeline, and forecasts;
  
• Control the      Accounts Receivables with clients;
  
• Assist the      service delivery teams in their engagements with clients.

• Requirements:

•   Successful track record in B2B sales of services (solutions sales in particular);

• Track record in selling solutions to large organisations;

• Strong customer focus

• Strong drive / ability in new sale generating activities;

• At least 5 years sales and business development experience, preferably within an international (MNC) environment.

•   Prior experience being with a large, matrix organization with interface with cross border teams and interface with experts in sales. 
• Experience selling to Energy, Mining, and Infrastructure companies will be preferred. Experience working in a service-orientated industry is preferred. The mandatory requirement must be someone with solution selling experience.        
• Very strong command of English – both oral and writen, English is as native language.
