Key Responsibilities
1 Profitability · Achieve account renewal and extension targets for the specified book of accounts and industry segment· Achieve gross profit targets for the specified book of accounts and industry segment
2 Account Growth · Lead all aspects of 365 day engagement for assigned clients to increase utilisation, client satisfaction, timely renewals and profitable growth.· Service Quality. Track service quality and project implementation against promised standards to ensure client satisfaction is achieved.·
3 Market Intelligence · Industry. Follow the trends, issues, and changes in the industry segment to identify new demand for International SOS products and sales opportunities.· Competitors. Monitor and communicate competitor activity to Marketing and management. · Customers. Develop an understanding of the characteristics, unique needs, buying behaviour, and decision-making attributes of organisations in his/her [Industry Segment] and/or [Country]
4 Pipeline Monitoring· Use Salesforce. Grow and manage a pipeline of opportunities. Report as requested on business development and new opportunities.· Develop and agree a client engagement strategy with internal partners·
5 Distribution Partnerships & Cross Border Sales· Distribution Partnerships. Implement distribution initiatives with insurance companies, brokers, Travel Management Companies and Control Risks.·
Required WorkExperience
Minimum 5 years’ experience in anAccount Management role with gross profit responsibility. Proven track recordin account renewals, extension and growth required.
DirectB2B solution/consultative selling experience to outbound Chinese companies and foreigncompanies in China, especially with the BFS or Energy or EPC industry vertical focuspreferred.
AccountManagement experience in the China required / preferred.
Exposureto working in a cross-border engagement sales environment an advantage.
