Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
2. Drive and own automated lead generation programs and tool
3. Become the “go-to” Eloqua expert for both China and the global marketing team
4. Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
5. Design, build and maintain our social media presence
6. Drive client retention through value-add digital tools across client engagement points (include Client Onboarding)
7. Manage and maintain all China-based websites
8. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
9. Creative design strategy for key product and market segment campaigns
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
10. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
11. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
12. Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
13. Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
14. Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
15. As directed by the Head of Marketing and in line with the China business priorities and strategy, support key business projects, as required
Requirememts:
1. Comfortable with tools such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver
2. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
3. Experience in automated lead generation email tools like Eloqua, Marketo, Exact Target, etc
4. Knowledge of HTML and CSS with an ability to update HTML based emails and landing pages a plus
5. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
6. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
7. BS/MS degree in marketing /graphic design or a related field
8. Minimum 3 years of proven digital marketing working experience (prefer 5+ years’ experience)
9. Strong communications and stakeholder management skills
10.Native mandarin Chinese and competent in spoken and written English
