職位描述

Key Responsibilities

1. to process operation billing process: checking all operation related receipts, verify VAT Fapiao, process claims, issue invoicing and VAT fapiao;

2. to verify and keep tract of the Ops billing petty cash process

3. to assist financial accountant with WIP reconciliation, trade AP reconciliation, petty cash reconciliation and make sure the pending billing items are fully cleared off on a monthly basis;

4. Ad-hoc project work including system change; process improvements, trade vendor management etc.

Required Competencies

1. Attention to details

2. Strong sense of responsibility.

3. Great passion for doing tedious matters.

4. Positive attitude for job assignments.

5. Good with MS Excel

6. Good English ability in both writing and speaking

7. Good team player with good communication skills.

8. Accounting background with minimum 2 years commercial experience.

9. Good commend in English (written and oral)
