具有醫(yī)療器械的MEMS器件開(kāi)發(fā)和加工工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，與測(cè)序儀研發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)(生物，化學(xué)，微流，設(shè)備）合作,開(kāi)發(fā)下一代半導(dǎo)體基因測(cè)序儀平臺(tái)。
主要工作內(nèi)容包括：
1）根據(jù)芯片設(shè)計(jì)加工的要求，以及CMOS/MEMS廠家的工藝加工能力，選擇正確生產(chǎn)廠家。
2）直接和CMOS/MEMS廠家一起在CMOS芯片上開(kāi)發(fā)和集成后端MEMS的加工工藝，并且最后實(shí)現(xiàn)量產(chǎn)。
3）芯片加工的Failure分析，并把分析結(jié)果反饋給芯片設(shè)計(jì)和加工部門(mén)作進(jìn)一步性能提高。
4）和器件測(cè)試工程師一起完成器件性能測(cè)試，并把測(cè)試分析結(jié)果反饋給芯片設(shè)計(jì)和加工部門(mén)作進(jìn)一步性能提高。
5）編寫(xiě)技術(shù)文擋， 并記錄和分析實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果。
Job Summary
The Senior Staff/ Staff Engineering position must provide leadership and technical expertise for cross-disciplinary teams in the development of CMOS sensor technology that is compatible with sequencing platform that will be developed into new products. As a successful candidate, you will lead CMOS sensor/chip fabrication efforts in house to support the chip development in all phases. As a technical lead, you will be also expected to apply scientific principles (physics and math) and practices to emerging fields, such as CMOS/semiconductor, electronic hardware and biomedical engineering while also identifying opportunities to improve existing products. Duties and Responsibilities
- Participate in the project planning process as a senior team member and functional leader.
- Plan for project resource requirements and project tasks.
- Lead experimental studies with regard to assembling protocols, materials and equipment.
- Participate in the execution of the project tasks, and coach and assist group members in the performance of their project tasks.
- Oversee junior scientists/engineers on their project team.
- Lead the CMOS sensor/chip fabrication efforts in foundries to support the CMOS chip development in all phases.
- Together with the group director and project leaders interpret experimental data and write technical progress reports and papers.
- Present technical findings during design reviews, project reviews, company meetings, and scientific meetings.
- Participate in the writing of the patent disclosures related to assigned projects.
- Maintain notebooks in a manner that complies with company policy for recording of experimental data.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
崗位要求：
1）微電子類(lèi)相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)，碩士以上學(xué)歷或等同相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
2）豐富的CMOS和MEMS加工的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)， 包括光刻， 干濕法腐蝕加工， 薄膜的增生，基體摻雜等等，至少5年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
3）能獨(dú)立地設(shè)計(jì)成熟的MEMS工藝流程。
4）了解各種半導(dǎo)體行業(yè)的計(jì)量和測(cè)量工具， 象SEM， TEM， AFM， EDX， XPS 等等
5）熟練運(yùn)用JMP 或 Python進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析， SPC 質(zhì)量加工控制。
6）了解各種傳感器技術(shù)基本工作原理，特別是CMOS圖像傳感技術(shù)和ISFET傳感技術(shù)。
7）有在CMOS和MEMS廠家直接相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
8) 從事過(guò)CMOS圖像傳感器、化學(xué)傳感器，醫(yī)療器械相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
9）具有良好的中英文表達(dá)，交流和寫(xiě)作能力。
Required Qualifications
- A PhD with 3-5 years; MS with 5-8 years of working experience in electrical engineering, material science and engineering and relevant engineering.
- Extensive working knowledge and experiences on CMOS and MEMS fabrication experiences, including photolithography, dry/wet etching, thin film, diffusion/implantation etc.
- Working experiences to bring CMOS/ MEMS products to the market.
- Working experiences in analytical tools, including SEM, TEM, AFM, EDX and XPS etc for failure analysis.
- Proficiency in data analysis and SPC quality control using JMP and Python.
- Working knowledge of the transducers like CMOS optical imaging sensors and ISFET sensors.
- Strong solid state and semiconductor physics knowledge needed for chip failure analysis.
- Working experiences with the industrial leading semiconductor foundries.
- Working knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices.
- Able to work independently and lead and collaborate as a technical leader.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to work in a multi-discipline team environment are required.
- Individual must also be able to organize and multi-task. Rigorous execution of experimental protocols is critical.
Preferred Qualifications
- Working experience with CMOS and MEMS foundries is a plus.
- Working experiences with CMOS imaging sensors and biochemical sensors etc are preferred.
- Working experiences in biomedical equipment industry.
- Experience working with Chinese business, academic institutions and industries.
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
