Responsible for process development and new product transfer to internal & external production line. Implement the pilot trial’s proposal and project, to review and manage the output. Responsible for pilot line & lab’s system maintain and improvement.
負責工藝開發及新產品生產轉移的工作。研發試驗和項目的方案實現， 總結及管理。負責研發實驗室的體系維護及改進。
Maintain and implement the best, surest and easiest work processes. Initiate, participate and facilitate the continuous improvement activities on safety, quality, cost, delivery, motivation and environment by applying DaMaWay (including LEAN principles etc).
維護并實施最好、最可靠、最簡單的工作流程；應用DaMaWay(包括精益原理等)，在安全、質量、成本、交付、激勵和環境方面,發起、參與并推動持續改進活動。
Innovation & renovation:創新與革新
Propose new & creative process technology ideas for innovation & renovation for NPD or existing products to meet process expectation, fulfill pilot plant requirements and mass production requirements.
針對新品開發和現有產品提出創新和革新建議,以滿足工藝方面的預期、滿足研發實驗線的需求和商業生產需求。
2. Further research process and capability of pilot plant, propose process upgrading and modification plan for retort and aseptic technology, Ensure new product development orderly.
深入研究研發實驗線的工藝過程和能力,結合業務發展給予最終滅菌技術和無菌工藝技術提供改造升級規劃或相關技術支持,確保 新品開發有序進行。
Process development工藝開發
Participant new business extension project, take charge or support line manager for new process design, development and validation tasks. Responsible for supporting to issue and to implement an integrity process development procedure, ensure the process meet regulation and products characters, meanwhile fit with the requirement of system.
參與公司新業務發展項目，并負責或協助直線經理完成相關新工藝的設計、開發、驗證工作。負責協助實施完整的工藝開發流程，以使設計開發過程符合法規及產品特性，開發的工藝滿足法規及客戶要求，開發的輸出滿足體系管理的要求。
Participant and support new process & technology development protocol and draft related technical documents, and support to do test and trial for confirming new technology and process which possible to apply in production line. Give instruction for necessary trial operation.
參與并支持工藝技術開發制定開發方案以及編寫一些技術性的文件，并協助進行測試以確定可用于生產的技術與工藝。并給予實驗必要的技術指導。
Cooperation with regional & global team 區域合作與全球合作
1. Connect to regional & global process team for new technology development, project sharing and learning.
與區域內兄弟公司或總部工藝團隊共同開發新工藝技術、分享項目經驗、互相學習。
Pilot plant management & optimization 研發實驗線管理與優化
1. Support SMART plan for NPD, follow up relevant process research result during processing. maintenance of apparatus or equipment in lab and pilot line.
協助新產品開發方案的制定，執行開發過程中的工藝相關的各項研究考察。
2. Support to build, maintain and improve the R&D lab management system. Continuously improve the daily
協助研發實驗室的體系建立、維護與改進。推動中試研究室的儀器和設備的日常維護和保養體系的改進。
Project management & cooperation with internal cross-function. 項目管理與跨部門合作
1. Coordinate new products & new ingredients’ transportation to internal & external manufacturing line. Responsible for project planning & implementation. Lead relevant departments for RA and RFC, finalize PQ implementation.
協調新產品或新原料向內外部生產轉移的技術工作，做好方案的策劃和實施，帶領相關部門做好風險評估和變更管理,并負責驗證的實施。
2. Responsible for sample preparation and management for registration, clinical trial and marketing survey. Initiate and finalize stability test and other technical trial required by registration.
負責制備和管理注冊樣品、臨床試驗樣品和市場調查樣品。并完成注冊所需的穩定性試驗及其他注冊相關的技術試驗及報告。
3. Support to initiate products specification and methodology exploration
協助起草產品質量標準和方法學研究。
Daily work & Others 日常工作與其他
1. Cooperate with line manager to finish the optimization, change or confirmation of recipe and technical formula. Cooperate with supervisor to finish related technical training in company. In order to solve technical problems in commercial production, to collect related data and give technology support. Give instruction to pilot line staffs for daily work.
配合直線經理完成現有工藝的優化、更改和確認，配合完成公司內部的相關技術培訓。為解決商業生產中的技術難題，與相關部門有效配合，收集相關數據提供技術支持。對實驗室人員進行工作指導。
2. Initiate & maintain STP to be latest version.
創建并維護現行的工藝技術文件。
Education & working experience 學歷與工作經驗要求：
Master degree or above, in Food Science or Food Machinery relevant.
碩士及以上，食品科學技術或食品機械相關專業。
Occupational qualifications職業資格要求：
Experience with UHT and DSI research is preferred.
具有UHT和DSI相關技術研究工作經驗者優先
Independent project management is preferred.
有項目管理經驗者優先
Excellent MS office skills
能夠熟練使用辦公軟件夠熟練使用辦公軟件
Good communication skill
良好的溝通能力
