職位描述
1.Be accountable for the environment ,hygiene safety and quality issues in position as well as subordinates (if available)
對本崗位職責范圍內的環境衛生安全和質量負責，并對下屬(如果有)的工作質量和環境安全負有責任。
2.Maintain and implement the best, surest and easiest work processes. Initiate, participate and facilitate the continuous improvement activities on safety, quality, cost, delivery, motivation and environment by applying DaMaWay (including LEAN principles etc).
維護并實施最好、最可靠、最簡單的工作流程；應用DaMaWay(包括精益原理等)，在安全、質量、成本、交付、激勵和環境方面,發起、參與并推動持續改進活動。
3. According to new products strategy, assistant RD&QA to do production trials for package line, monitoring of production process when trial production transferring to commercial production.
根據新品研發的需要，配合RD、QA做好試生產的安排，負責新產品向大生產轉化過程中的包裝線控制。
4. Review BPRs to ensure right working directions and all regulations are complied with.
對正式批生產記錄進行必要的調整和確認，確保生產指令的有效性及符合性。
5. Initiate related SOPs, confirmed key control point.
依據工藝規程，制定相關操作規程，確認過程關鍵控制點。
6. Organize continuously improvement according to production requirements, participate in new production related, propose new production line or facility and take charge of transferring from related department.
結合生產的實際要求，組織對生產過程進行持續或專項的改進；參與生產有關的新項目，對新生產線、新設備提出建議方案并進行接收。
7. Responsible for communication with RD and QA, to do investigations and evaluations for relevant deviations, including of process, environment, complaints.
負責工藝方面的橫向溝通，和RD、QA有效配合，完成對工藝偏差、環境異常、成品投訴進行調查、分析、總結和評價。
8. Responsible for validation, internal audit, GB29923/14881, ISO 9001, ISO 14000, QFS audit which department related.
負責與本部門相關的驗證、部門自檢、GB29923/14881、ISO9001、ISO14000 、Q&FS檢查。
9. Strictly manage the production site and control the production process to ensure that all the products produced are qualified. supervise the production conditions, environment hygiene, facilities to make sure that they comply with GB29923/14881 Correct and prevent deviations in production.
嚴格生產現場管理與生產過程控制，對生產管理和操作人員及時進行相關指導，確保所有產品合格。監督生產條件、環境、衛生、設施等應符合GB29923/14881。對生產操作過程的異常、偏差進行糾正與預防。
10. Ensure that all the products are manufactured according to the relevant company regulation and documents in order to guarantee the quality of the products. Issue the relevant SOPs, Production Instructions, etc. And ensure its implementation. 確保所有產品嚴格根據有關文件生產，以便獲得所需質量。制訂有關SOP、生產操作指令等，并確保其嚴格實施。
11. Other duties disposed by N+1 supervisor or manager. 上級主管或經理安排的其它工作。
Basic job requirement: 基本職位要求：1,Bachelor or above， with major on food or related area 學士或以上,食品或相關專業2, 3+ years related working experience of food industry 3年以上食品行業工作經驗3, Experience with aseptic filling is preferred. 具有無菌灌裝相關工作經驗者優先4, Experience with SAP/ERP is preferred 具有SAP/ERP 經驗者優先Independent project management is preferred. 有項目管理經驗者優先
