職位描述

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Administrative support  of daily scheduling, travel management, expense claim making, coordination and communications on behalf of NPVU head

2. Support NPVU head in  budget and OPEX management, team administration and coordination

3. Assist in preparing  presentations and correspondences through MS Office (Word, PPT, Excel)

4. Maintains contact and relationship  with internal and external stakeholders and their assistants

5. Manage meetings as  needed, prepare agenda, write minutes, logistics, do follow up etc.

6. As coordinator, support  NPVU head in bringing value to patients reinforcing the quality and processes  according to UCB rules, quality and compliance

7. Take  up other ad hoc assignments such as organizing special events, visitors’ arrangements

CRITICAL  SUCCESS FORS

Very  good personality; strong IQ/EQ

Proactive,  not responsive; problem solving skills

Strong  written and oral English a must

Willing  to work and respond out of office hours (in case of different time zone)

Good  master of PPT, basic office graphics and Excel

 JOB PROFILE (Education &  Experience)

College  degree, majors in English or Administrations preferred

Minimum of three years' experience as an Executive  Assistant in providing secretarial and/or administrative support to BU heads, functional  heads or similar positions in MNC companies
