Job Summary：
Responsible for process analysis and improvement.
Leading quality problem root cause analysis.
Initiate and leading process improvement projects.
Support production supervisor on floor management.
Support maintenance engineer on process trouble-shooting.
Main Responsibility：
1. Using effective Collecting process data and evaluate process stability and capability to support production on better quality, cost and volume compliance performance.
2. Work with production supervisor and maintenance engineer on process failure analysis. Using analytical and statistics tools to find out causes of process scrap, and work out improvement actions to decrease process scrap.
3. Responsible for customer complaint root cause analysis in process. Leading process team to find out root causes and solutions in manufacturing process. Effectively evaluate process status, and carry out actions to improve process quality. Set up effective process control plan to monitor process stability.
4. Write process SOPs to standardize process operation.
5. Provide training to operators on process operation procedures.
6. Support on floor lean activities. Work with CI.
7. Leading project team on specific cost reduction program or other projects.
8. Support on process validation.
Qualifications:1.Bachelor degree on engineering
2. At least 3 years experience on the related function
3. Knowledge Knowledge of related manufacturing technology. Good knowledge on analytical and statistics tools. Knowledge on six sigma and lean and other CI tools. Knowledge on process validation.

5. Training/Certification Knowledge of using computer for daily work and statistics. Six Sigma training. Process validation training.
