POSITION SUMMARY（職位概述）
Support ENG Engineer to finish equipment adjustment, new NPI line setup, engineering evaluation, samples building and validation improvement or Engineering trial run. Improve product quality and reduce the waste. Join in the continuous improvement by LEAN, Quality plan and Engineer trial run form to support new project engineer.
負責協助新產品項目工程師完成工藝設備、樣品線線體建立，工程評估，新產品樣品生產及驗證等方面的改進、實驗等工作，減少不必要的浪費，提高產品質量；運用LEAN，質量計劃，試車單等持續改進工具，協助工程師參與新產品項目中設備、樣品、工藝等改進。
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES（主要職責）
1) Support new project Engineer to investigate the process control capability.
支持工程師完成新產品生產過程穩定性和過程能力的研究。
2) Support Engineer to collect the data in production process and analysis the data. Take action to follow up the improvement action.
支持工程師完成及時收集生產過程中的數據，分析數據，在生產過程中及時采取改進措施。
3) Support ENG Engineer to join in the process study, or update or build the process and manufacturing work instruction.
在工程師指導下完成產品制造工藝的研究，制造工藝及生產文件的更新、編制。
4) Assessment NPI samples and management.
評估和管理新產品樣品。
5) Support Engineer to improve production according to Lean and six sigma project.
在工程師指導下完成精益生產改造，實施6Sigma項目。
6) Works as New product SME assistant to support engineer equipment installation, validation and trouble shooting.
作為新產品產品專家的助理，支持工程師設備和項目導入，驗證和分析問題。
SKILLS AND ABILITIES（技能）
1) Graduated from junior college, majored in engineering, have basic mechanical, material, electrical and medical industry background knowledge/experience;
專科學校畢業，主修工程專業，具有一定的機械，材料，電子背景知識或醫療醫藥行業背景相關經驗；
2) Knowledge of ISO9001,13485 and GMP criteria;
了解基本的ISO9001,13485 和GMP標準；
3) Good communication skill, will be a good team player;
具有一定的溝通協調能力和團隊合作精神。
4) Basic knowledge in mechanical ，electrical and automation, be familiar with machine mechanical &electrical drawing
具有機械,電氣和自動化方面的基本知識，能讀懂設備的機械和電氣圖紙
5) Basic documentation skills(office word, excel)
基本的文檔編輯能力（office word，excel）
6) Basic spoken and written English;
基本的英語口語和書寫能力
7) Basic computer skill.
基本的計算機技能。
