工作職責：

？分析和細化目標市場，制定產品的推廣策略，進行產品管理和品牌建設；

？客戶管理和建設，維護重點客戶關系；

？掌握產品和臨床應用知識，并和銷售充分溝通，推廣應用；

？策劃并執行市場活動，制定市場推廣工具；

？定期回顧和分析銷售進度，完成產品銷售預測；

？制定新產品上市及價格策略，并組織實施新產品的上市推廣活動；

？協助進行全國銷售團隊、代理商的市場策略、產品知識培訓。

能力要求：

？較強的活動組織能力，能獨立的分析和解決問題；

？良好的團隊合作精神，具備客戶導向精神；

？優秀的溝通技巧，包括良好的群體溝通技巧（演講能力）；

？良好的自我學習、管理和時間管理能力，能夠成熟的應對工作壓力；

？良好的英語溝通和寫作能力。

任職資格：

？醫學、藥學、生物、醫學工程或相關領域本科以上學歷；

？ 5年以上醫藥或器械行業市場工作經驗；

？ 2年以上人員管理經驗。
