POSITION SUMMARY(職位概述)
Follow Company and Admin policies and processes, dedicate in daily responsibilities such as activities related to the plant’s logistic service and outsourcing service, visitors reception. Besides, actively involving in the Company events led by Admin. Assisting the department Lead in support of the plant’s overall business objectives.
根據公司及行政部相關政策及流程規定,以規范得體的方式處理日常行政事務,如負責工廠有關的后勤服務和外包服務, 來賓接待。并積極參與公司由行政部門組織的各項活動,幫助部門經理實現對工廠的業務目標的支持。
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES(主要職責)
1. Responsible for cleaning service people daily management. Provide good cleaning service to all the assigned area in the plant; standardize the behavior of cleaning service people
負責清潔工日常事宜的管理,對公司的各指定場所提供優質保潔服務,規范保潔人員的行為。
2. Responsible for canteen management, provide good quality of food and clean dining environment to the plant within the existing budget.
負責餐廳的管理,在現有的預算下,為員工提供優質整潔的就餐環境及可口食物
3. Visitors reception service:guide and arrange the reception
承擔來訪賓客的接待服務工作,引導或安排相應人員接待
4. Responsible for dept. attendance maintenance and backup for plant attendance monitoring
負責部門考勤維護,以及工廠考勤管理的后備
5. Stationery registration and distribution,Business Card application
辦公用品領用登記及分發,名片申請制作。
6. Benefit calculation, distribution, e.g. Birthday ticket, holiday coupon.
福利品統計發放,如:生日券、節日禮券。
7. Coordinate Company Insurance Payment Delivery.
協調公司保險理賠的交付。
8. In charge of employees air tickets reservation, accommodation reservation; transportation arrangements
員工機票酒店預訂,車輛日常安排
9. Visitor’s transportation and accommodation arrangement and coordination
訪客的交通及住宿安排
10. Organize annual party and some activities
組織年會及一些公司活動
11. Other assignments from the supervisor

SKILLS AND ABILITIES(知識和技能)
1. College degree or above
大專及以上學歷
2. Fresh graduates or with 3-5 years experience in Administration
3-5年行政相關工作經驗
3. Familiar with MS office software, i.e. word, excel, PowerPoint
熟悉辦公自動化軟件,如word, excel, PowerPoint
4. Fluent English both in oral and written
流利的英文口語、書面溝通能力
5. Work well under pressures with short deadlines and least supervision
能夠自覺地按期完成各項工作
6. Ability to work under odd hours and be present under emergency calls.
能夠在非正常工作時間工作并能在緊急情況下到廠
7. Ability to learn quickly and adjust personally to changes in customer requirements.
