POSITION SUMMARY（職位概述）
Engage in all equipment related activities relating to the manufacturing function; provide auto-manufacturing equipment and control system maintenance/upgrade, lead projects introducing new auto-line and problem solving support to the daily manufacturing operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES（主要職責）
1. Managing all production equipment, including lab, assembly lines and packaging equipment. Provide effective and efficiency support to production on equipment aspect.
2. Use proper preventative method or techniques, to support safe work floor operation. Set up and maintain safety procedure and monitor safety manner of technicians.
3. Control effective copy of production equipment list to fulfill requirements of ISO13485 quality system. Collect and maintain equipment manual and other documents.
4. Leading or supporting new equipment project, work with vendor to design and build automation lines, install and qualify automation lines. Receiving, transferring, sealing up for keeping, scrapping of equipment. Initiate and lead equipment enhancement and upgrade control system.
5. Provide the program for control system of automation equipment, such like output quantity, rejection ratio, etc.
6. Using the industrial software to establish a tracking system for parameters of key equipment.
7. Ability to use automation equipment to optimize the current workflow.
8. Write related machine operation and maintenance procedures.
9. Budgeting for equipment consumable and control cost based on budget. Control reasonable spare safety inventory.
10. Planning, leading, and executing effective preventive maintenance.
11. Participate in related cross function project teams. Provide equipment related support and manufacturing technologies.
12. Continuously monitor equipment status. Analyze equipment performance and initial performance enhance plan. Leading or cooperate with CI department on the continuous improvement activities.
13. Implement some validation tasks.
14. Follow the company’s quality policies.
15. Follow the company’s EHS policies.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES（技能）
1. Bachelor degree on electrical engineering or mechanical-electronics engineering etc.
2. At least 5 years’ experience on automation production build and maintenance.
2 years’ experience or above in medium-to-large size manufacturing plant for medical devices and/or pharmaceutical industries is preferred.
3. Good foundation knowledge on mechanical engineering, such as motor control, PLC & PC controls, pneumatics etc.
4. Experience in some automation projects.
5. Good knowledge on automation design, manufacturing and maintenance.
6. Familiar drawing software like CAD and PRO-E etc. and professional on office software.
7. Good team work and well communication skill.
8. Fluent speaking English, well listening and comprehension.
9. Strong hands-on operation skill.
10. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
11. High learning ability.
12. Good ethical behavior, ensuring that activities carried out all parties representing the Manufacturing Department within and outside the organization are executed in accordance with the Company’s Code of Ethics, with professionalism and in the best interest of the Company.
