POSITION SUMMARY（職位概述）

教育培訓BD流式分析和分選細胞儀客戶，了解流式細胞儀的操作和應用，幫助客戶初步開展檢測項目，提供應用技術培訓服務和應用解決方案。

為新裝機客戶提供標準化流式細胞儀培訓和二次培訓，做好質控和標準化操作教育，達到客戶滿意。
根據客戶需求完善流式培訓課程，持續完善課程資料，定制BD產品應用的標準化和個性化培訓。
根據客戶需求，為BD流式客戶實驗流式應用方案，開發應用培訓課程，并為BD客戶提供流式應用培訓，促進BD相關產品的銷售使用。
為BD流式新客戶提供流式新項目開展和試劑購買的咨詢服務。
在COE舉辦流式技術相關活動，如workshop，實驗Demo，應用技術研討會等。
定期組織BD經銷商技術支持培訓和技術溝通。

SKILLS AND ABILITIES（技能）

生物醫藥相關專業碩士及以上學歷，有流式經驗者優先；
良好的溝通能力，有耐心，實驗動手能力強；
熟練使用PPT和相關工具，有良好的表述和講座能力；
良好的英文聽說讀寫能力，英文6級者優先；
熟練查閱英文文獻，提供流式應用方案；
能適應出差。

DESIRABLE（優先條件）

1. 生物醫藥相關的博士學歷；

2. 有流式經驗者優先；

3. 有技術教育經驗者優先。
