KEY RESPONSIBILITIES（主要職責 & Measurement Criteria）

1. Responsible for Portfolio management of product line according to arrangement of line manager (30% of job time)

ü 獨立制定所負責產(chǎn)品的市場策略和管理預算，負責產(chǎn)品的滾動月度預測和年度需求

ü 與銷售團隊一起構(gòu)建和維護區(qū)域?qū)＜谊犖椋?/span>Regional KOL）網(wǎng)絡(luò)

ü 和重要業(yè)務(wù)相關(guān)部門、美國總部的積極溝通，為供應鏈、招標、政府事務(wù)、戰(zhàn)略市場部等提供必要支持

2. Develop strategic partnerships (20% of job time)

ü 建立和重要學會的合作關(guān)系，根據(jù)市場的反饋進行年度計劃的季度調(diào)整

ü 保持和頂尖KOL（National KOL）的定期拜訪，了解其學術(shù)觀念和學術(shù)需求

ü 建立和其他相關(guān)器械或健康公司之間的聯(lián)系，提升在行業(yè)內(nèi)的品牌地位

3. Implement marketing activity plan quarterly and control budget (30% of job time)

ü 根據(jù)上級主管分配/調(diào)整的產(chǎn)品預算擬定并執(zhí)行、跟進、評估、調(diào)整市場活動

ü 根據(jù)策略及市場情況擬定年度、季度、月度活動計劃，并按時向上級主管提交申請

ü 作為區(qū)域市場伙伴（BP）傳遞中央市場策略，并協(xié)助區(qū)域大區(qū)經(jīng)理（RSM）設(shè)計區(qū)域特色的市場活動

4. Other related jobs (20% of job time)

ü 產(chǎn)品線月度Dashboard整理、MKT meeting、BULT meeting的產(chǎn)品績效回顧分析

ü 承擔部分的銷售培訓

ü 協(xié)助其他同事進行新產(chǎn)品的市場導入
