Senior Project Engineer

• 從事工廠相關的計劃性和非計劃性項目管理執(zhí)行工作。包括但不限于監(jiān)督并管理外部承包商的安全，質(zhì)量，項目進度和費用管理。協(xié)助工程經(jīng)理完成部門及工廠所有的經(jīng)營目標。

   

  JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

   Project Management 項目管理

• To conduct and manage CB2 projects and ensure the project meet requirement

  主導和管理CB2項目并確保符合公司需求

• To conduct and manage unbudgeted projects and ensure the project meet requirement

  主導和管理非計劃性項目并確保符合公司需求

• Control and manage the project expense accounts assigned to ensure compliance to budget.

  控制和管理項目的開支確保其能夠控制在預算范圍內(nèi)

• Lead in cost reduction activities involving utilities modification and implementation of utilities efficiency.

  主導廠務降低成本的項目，包括公用設施設備的改進或者通過提升公用設施設備的效率。

• Plan and implement necessary validation activities for facility projects per existing process.

  根據(jù)工廠現(xiàn)有的驗證程序，計劃和執(zhí)行項目過程中必要的驗證。

• Be engaged with supervision of outsourcing sub-contractor.

  外包商監(jiān)督和管理。

   

  Engineering technical support 工程技術(shù)支持

• Automation technical support to develop the new automatic process or improve the current one for improving plant capacity and capability 

  應用自動化技術(shù)開發(fā)新的自動化線或提升優(yōu)化現(xiàn)有的自動化線，以保證及提升工廠的生產(chǎn)制造能力

• Molding technical support to develop and sustain the plant plastic parts within good quality level under working with Suzhou molding campus and molding suppliers

  與蘇州模具團隊及注塑供應商一起開發(fā)及維護工廠所有塑料件的品質(zhì)，以確保它們能符合質(zhì)量要求

• Mold and press maintenance management and monitor to ensure all plant plastic parts keep good performance to support production volume ramp up 

  模具和注塑機的維護保養(yǎng)管理及審核，以確保工廠的塑料件能夠滿足生產(chǎn)計劃需求的同時，亦能保證產(chǎn)能的提升

• Contribute technology to packaging change or improvement not only from automation perspective, but also from CI part 

  為產(chǎn)品外包裝的改善和提升提供技術(shù)支持，無論是從自動化包裝方向上，還是工廠的持續(xù)改進方面

• Utilize Lean and 6 sigma methods to improve the manufacturing process and contribute projects for plant manufacturing process improvement

  應用精益和六西格瑪?shù)姆椒ㄌ嵘F(xiàn)有生產(chǎn)制造工藝流程，并能產(chǎn)生項目并主導完成，以提升工廠生產(chǎn)制造工藝

   

  Customers and Safety客戶和安全

• To attend to customer’s complaints on facilities system and equipment and take steps to remedy the complaints.

  致力于應對客戶在設施系統(tǒng)及設備上的投訴并采取措施解決問題。

• To promote and enforce Machinery Safety among customers, contractors and other 

  associates in the plant.

  在客戶、承包商和工廠的其他同事中，促進并實施機械安全。

      Education  教育

• Bachelor Degree and above.

  本科及以上

  Experience經(jīng)驗

• Minimum 5 years’ experience with project management in the following environment: Medical and Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Plant

  至少5年醫(yī)療或藥廠等相關生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的項目實施和管理工作經(jīng)驗。

• Familiarity with Machinery Safety, Chinese National Machinery Codes and Good Practices.

  熟悉機械裝置安全，中國機械裝置法規(guī)和良好的實踐能力。

• Familiarity with IQ/OQ/PQ validation process

  熟悉系統(tǒng)的安裝驗證/運行驗證/生產(chǎn)驗證。

• Strong project management skill

  較強的項目管理技能

• Strong problems analytical and solving skills.

  較強的問題分析和解決能力

• Familiarity with GMP or ISO13485

  熟悉GMP和ISO13485

• Work well under pressures with short deadlines and least supervision,

• 能夠自覺地按期完成各項工作

• Good inter-personal skills and ability to work cohesively within a multinational team in an international environment.

  良好的溝通技巧，有在跨國公司工作背景。

• Ability to learn quickly and adjust personally to changes in customer requirements.

• Knowledge in Chinese Language and Technical Terms. Written knowledge in English is must.
