POSITION SUMMARY（職位概述）
This employee is in charge of tool room routing working, hold daily tool room PVD meeting，tracking the mold status, mold problem solving/improvement, follow the mold maintenance schedule and spare parts management, to make sure the mold in good status in production. Support to the new mold development.
本員工主要負(fù)責(zé)模房日常管理工作，組織每天早會，跟蹤模具狀態(tài)，模具問題的解決及改善，跟蹤模具保養(yǎng)計劃，以及備件管理，確保模具處于良好狀態(tài)進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)。支持新模具開發(fā)及驗收。
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES（主要職責(zé)）
1. Hold daily PVD meeting in tool room share the information of Safety, Quality, mold status and problems tracking. 組織模房每天的PVD會議，分享相關(guān)安全，質(zhì)量，模具狀態(tài)及問題跟蹤的信息。
2. Finish the actions immediately of all the findings related to tool room. 及時完成模房相關(guān)發(fā)現(xiàn)項的措施。
3. Organize the team regularly self-inspect on the safety and review the tool room safety risk assessment in tool room. 組織團(tuán)隊定期關(guān)于模房安全風(fēng)險的自查及回顧安全風(fēng)險評估。
4. Make and tracking mold maintenance schedule and cooperate the maintenance activities. 制定并跟蹤模具保養(yǎng)計劃，并協(xié)調(diào)模具保養(yǎng)活動。
5. Cooperate with molding production plan for the maintenance and repairing. 協(xié)調(diào)注塑生產(chǎn)計劃安排模具維護(hù)保養(yǎng)。
6. Organize to analyze and make actions to solve the mold problem. 組織分析及制定措施以解決模具問題。
7. Make sure all the documentation record comply to the procedure requirement. 確保所有的文件記錄符合程序文件要求。
8. Quick response for the mold problem recovery in production.快速響應(yīng)恢復(fù)模具問題確保生產(chǎn)正常。
9. Regularly review the mold problem history and make the optimization plan.定期回顧模具歷史問題，并制定優(yōu)化計劃。
10. Review and update the spare parts list, safety stock and make the budget to purchase the spare parts. 回顧及更新備件清單，安全庫存并制定預(yù)算采購備品備件。
11. Be in charge of 5s in tool room. 管理模房的5S。
12. Support to the new mold qualification. 支持新模具驗證。
13. Finish the other tasks arranged by line manager. 完成由直線經(jīng)理安排的其他任務(wù)。
SKILLS AND ABILITIES（技能）
1. Junior college or above graduated, major in mechanical or mold design and manufacturing education background大專以上畢業(yè)，機(jī)械類/模具設(shè)計與制造專業(yè)背景
2. More than 5 years in mold development, manufacturing and maintenance management experience. 5年以上模具開發(fā)，制造及保養(yǎng)管理工作經(jīng)驗。
3. Be familiar to mold structure, relationship of molding defects, problems analysis and solving.熟悉模具結(jié)構(gòu)，注塑件缺陷關(guān)系，問題分析及解決。
4. Have basis knowledge of mechanical drawing, can review the mold drawing for new mold. 具備機(jī)械制圖基礎(chǔ)知識，能審查新模具圖紙。
5. Be familiar to use the related drawing software, Auto CAD or UG, Pro-E. 熟練運(yùn)用相關(guān)制圖軟件，例如Auto-CAD或者UG，Pro-E。
6. Be familiar to mold tool room layout design, mold maintenance procedure establish. 熟悉模房布局規(guī)劃，模具保養(yǎng)程序的建立。
7. Knowledge of mold acceptance procedure, mold validation procedure.具備相關(guān)模具接受程序，模具驗證程序的知識。
8. Good communication and work cooperation ability. 良好的溝通和工作協(xié)調(diào)能力。
9. Good English communication skills is preferred. 良好英語溝通能力優(yōu)先。
