職位描述
Main Tasks:
1. Develop and implement supplier qualification procedure
2. Assessment and confirmation of supplier capability to meet FKSSPC Quality standards by supplier risk assessment, audit, review of analytical data, verifying supplier hazard controls are operating effectively to ensure all quality, food safety and legal risks associated with packaging, their storage and transport.
3. To lead supplier audits, representing FKSSPC in a professional way, motivating suppliers and building technical partnerships。
4. Partnership with internal stakeholders to raw material & packaging material specification development and qualification, identify and eliminate gaps from quality control effectiveness and efficiency, cost, food safety and regulatory compliance point of view.
5. Ensuring continuous supplier performance evaluation and improvement
6. Develop raw material & packing material quality monitoring scheme and ensure raw material delivered to site meeting FKSSPC Quality standards.
Qualification
1、 A minimum of 5 years’ experience of food industry in a technical area, such as R&D, QA and production; Food safety management and auditing experiences are preferred;
2、 Knowledgeable in quality management tools & techniques experience e.g. SQA, SPC, LEAN, and HACCP
3、 Proven record of problem solving ability using scientific knowledge and principles.
4、 Can perform under pressure; handle several high profile projects over the same time line.
5、 Good command of English (both spoken and written); effective communication skill
6、 Able to travel frequently within China for supplier auditing & meetings.
