Process and Equipment Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Design of new manufacturing equipment and plant layout, evaluation of quotes, coordination and supervising of contractors, testing and certification of equipment.

2. Develop process description/function description and parameters list

3. Development of User Requirements Specification (URS)

4. Coordinate design between equipment and building, review both of building and equipment design

5. Coordinate construction and equipment installation activities

6. Develop and execute IQ/OQ protocol related to manufacturing systems

7. Provide/calculate process design and operating parameters associated with process changes

8. Control project cost/spending and schedules

9. Lead the start up activities

10. Support start up

Qualitication

1、 Good understanding of technical (spray dryer/aseptic line/powder filling line) processes and objectives

2、 Degree or Diploma in process engineering, manufacturing or science or equivalent nutrition or pharmaceutical work experience

3、 Minimum 8 years experience, of which at list with 3 years is in GMP environment related to food, nutritional or pharmaceutical manufacturing

4、 Minimum 4years of project management working experience

5、 Start Up experience is a plus
