About Animal Health Business

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for management and coordination of site facility and utility maintenance related activities, Lead facility team to implement effective facility maintenance, spare parts and maintenance cost control as well as maintenance service contractor management, provide technical support on capital investment projects & activities, Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement on cost, quality and efficiency as well as EHS compliance. Work with other stakeholders to ensure site goals are achieved.
Qualifications - Education/Degree Requirements:Bachelor Degree or Above
- Major:Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or relevant
- Language skills & proficiency: English proficiency in both Oral and Written
- Required capabilities (skills, experience, competencies):People management experience in team motivation, Capability of problem analysis & solving under minimum supervision, Fast learning,and willingto work under pressure
