Job Responsibilities

  
• Do daily scanning of      invoice & supporting documents and allocate invoice processing tasks      within AP team.
  
• Do monthly      reconciliation of import VAT payment and follow up with Supply Chain      Department for open items.
  
• Do daily payment      verification on employee travel & entertainment, goods and service      related transactions. Complete payment verification within specified      working days, after receiving physical payment application documents.      Stick with compliance of corporate policy and finance regulation.
  
• Execute AP & OP      accounting posting in ERP accurately and timely. Finish AP & OP      related accounting posting with proper cost element and cost center      according to closing schedule, ensure all processing in line with      corporate accounting principles and PRC GAAP.
  
• Keep a good      communication with internal users. Help internal users have a good      understanding on Finance regulations and processing.
  
• Perform other duties      as assigned or required.
 

Qualifications 

  
• Education/Degree      Requirements: Bachelor degree with Finance or Accounting related
  
• Major: Finance or      Accounting related
  
• Language skills      & proficiency: Be able to communicate effectively both written and      verbally in Chinese. Good command of English in written
  
• Required      professional certificates / licences: Bachelor degree with Finance or      Accounting related
  
• Required      capabilities (skills, experience, competencies): Have experience in AP      accounting matters. Have good office software skills (e.g. Word, Excel,      PowerPoint, etc.). Over 1 year experience in accounting area at MNC. Be      able to communicate effectively both written and verbally in Chinese. Good      command of English in written. Be positive, result-driven and      self-motivated.
