Promote the establishment and improvement of feasible mechanisms and programs for the rate of vaccination against influenza among patients with chronic diseases and the elderly
推動建立、提升慢病患者、老年人流感疫苗接種率的可行性機制和方案
Fulfill team management, carry out professional promotion, and observe proper code of conduct
團隊管理，執行專業推廣，遵守正確的行為規范
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Study and facilitate the mechanism and business pathways for maternal education, generalize and transform such mechanism and pathways into enforceable business-promoting strategies and programs
探索、推動對孕產婦的宣教機制和業務路徑，總結并轉化為推動業務的可執行的策略方案
Seek new patterns for promotion by means of innovative thinking, set up a mechanism for education of target customers and improve the coverage
以創新性思維探索新的推廣模式，建立對目標客戶的宣教機制并提升覆蓋率
Formulate and update local Rules for Standard Management of Schools for Pregnant Women and set up relevant assessment mechanisms through associations or maternal and child management systems
通過協會或婦幼管理系統，制定、更新當地的《孕婦學校規范管理細則》，設定相關考核機制
Push forward the pilot “Online Health Education Project on Post-natal Visit” of the Maternal and Child Management System, and make it accessible throughout the country after generalization of successful experience
推動婦幼管理系統試點“產后訪視線上健康宣教項目”，總結成功經驗后，推廣至全國
Boost innovative pilot projects and MCE Model
推廣創新試點項目、MCE模式
Formulate academic education strategies and programs for experts in obstetrics, pediatrics and chronic diseases in hospital to improve their academic concepts
針對醫院產科、兒科、慢病臨床等專家制定學術教育策略和方案，培養其學術觀念
Establish cooperation with relevant associations of maternity and child healthcare, immunity and endocrinology, and build the platform for academic education
建立與婦幼、免疫、內分泌等相關協會的合作，搭建學術教育平臺
Integrate internal and external resources to transfer and educate on academic concept of immunization and prevention among the maternal and child healthcare system and HCP
整合內外部的資源對婦幼系統和HCP進行免疫預防的學術觀念傳遞和教育
Develop KOLs in pediatrics, obstetrics and clinical practice on chronic diseases and immunization management, and establish expert consensus and database
發展兒科、產科、慢病臨床和免疫管理KOL，建立專家共識和專家庫
Promote the establishment and improvement of feasible mechanisms and programs for the rate of vaccination against influenza among patients with chronic diseases and the elderly
推動建立、提升慢病患者、老年人流感疫苗接種率的可行性機制和方案
Push forward formulation of local “Appropriate Techniques for Immunization against Chronic Diseases” and other relevant documents as well as the assessment mechanism by local CDC chronic disease administrative authorities and fulfill the implementation and enforcement
推動各地CDC慢病管理部門制定當地《慢病免疫適宜技術》等相關文件及考核機制，布置落實與執行
Improve the rate of vaccination among patients with chronic disease, and promote establishment and improvement of the platform for information-based management of chronic diseases
提高慢病患者的疫苗接種率，推動慢病管理信息化平臺的建設和完善
Accumulate more studies on the effect on patients with chronic diseases after vaccination, and assist in the formulation of documents and policies in a wider range through MA project
通過MA項目，積累更多慢病患者接種后效果研究，協助推動更大范圍文件、政策的出臺
Fulfill team management, carry out professional promotion, and observe proper code of conduct
團隊管理，執行專業推廣，遵守正確的行為規范
Provide training for team members and improve their professional proficiency to push forward their career development
培養團隊成員，提升專業技能，促進其職業發展

Education:
學歷：
-Bachelor’s degree (or above) in medicine or related fields of expertise
醫藥或相關行業大學本科或以上學歷
Experience & knowledge:
工作經驗和相關知識：
-At least ten years of work experience in management positions in relevant fields
至少十年相關領域管理工作經驗
-Familiar with ongoing laws, regulations and policies on pharmaceutical products and bio products
熟悉目前的醫藥產品及生物制品相關法規、政策
-Work experience in and application knowledge on product sales and marketing promotion activities
品銷售及推廣活動等方面的工作經驗和應用知識
