PART I - PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要職責(zé)

1. Create, implement, and revise as necessary the human resource policies for the office, including those that cover salary, benefits, and other aspects for all people based in the Shanghai HQ.
2. Champion and oversee the global Teleflex HR systems such as Performance Management, Succession Planning, Salary Review, recruiting and other processes.
3. Establish training needs annually and work with department/business managers to assure plans are established to meet training needs.  Evaluate training programs regularly and adjust as required.
4. Prepare payroll each month and jointly with finance assure that payroll is properly checked, approved, and transferred in a timely manner to all staff accounts.
5. Lead the recruiting process for both full time employees as well as part-time/temporary staff.
6. Learn and maintain current knowledge of China and Shanghai-specific HR policies as issued by the government officials.7.

PART II – QUALIFICATIONS資質(zhì)要求
EDUCATION教育程度

?   Bachelor of Science in Business or English field.

EXPERIENCE工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)

1. 3-5 years experience in relevant position with focus on HR management.
2. A history of dealing with multiple disciplines, cultures, departments and divisions in a global environment
3. Proven track record of successful management of major projects.  .
4. High energy, fast paced, entrepreneurial thinking leader
5. Required to be a team player and able to wear many hats and work with many cultures and styles.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS (Physical, Visual etc.)其他要求

1. Ability to forge and manage relationships with department managers and business unit leaders to coordinate HR policy and practice across diverse business groups in the office.  .
2. Keen ability to quickly learn, assess and apply new ideas and process improvements.
3. Ability and willingness for written communication with global counterparts will be very important.
4. English language skills required.
