Job Purpose (State in a nutshell the overall objective of the role)
Assistant to Sales & Marketing Head, provide support services and admin to Sales & Marketing Head and ensure the management efficiency.
Major Accountabilities (Describe the main results of the role to be achieved )
Primary Responsibilities,
1. Provide overall secretarial and administrative support for Sales & Marketing Head.
2. Communicate widely across the organization and coordinate operational initiatives on behalf of Sales & Marketing Head.
3. Manage Sales & Marketing Head’s appointments, schedules, and travel itineraries to make best use of his time.
5. Gather, compile, verify, analyze and keep filing information for Sales & Marketing Head to use in documents such as memos, letters, reports, speeches, presentations, and news releases.
6. Handle confidential information and maintain the security of Sales & Marketing Head’s records and files.
7. Perform other administrative tasks using independent judgment and discretion. Plan, organize, and schedule own workload so that these activities are completed accurately and on time. These activities may include preparing documents and presentation materials; screening and responding to incoming correspondence, inquiries, and phone calls; drafting letters; arranging and attending meetings, taking and distributing meeting minutes.
8. Manage the Office administration activities, which might include leasing contract, coordination with landlord, travel supports, office supply coordination, office facility management, cleaning services, etc.
9. Monitor, review, and approve standard expenditures to ensure that the activities of the office are conducted within established budgets.

Background (State the required education, experience level, and competency profile)
Education : Bachelor degree or above, major in English, administration or Secretary
Languages: Proficient English, excellent translation skill
Experience: Minimum 3+ years relevant working experience.
Creative thinking to get things done through all possible means
Good computer skills (Office, Excel, PPT etc.).
