職位描述/ Description:
1.Managing all QC samples and QC relevant documentation.
QC相關(guān)文件和樣品管理。
2.Facilitate all GMP compliance activities carried out by QC colleagues by working closely & efficiently with QA.
熟悉QC相關(guān)的GMP活動(dòng)，能夠與QA有效合作。
3.To comply and improve each procedure to maintain a high efficiency with reliability under a competitive cost.

崗位職責(zé)/ Duties & Responsibilities:
1.Management of all QC samples QC樣品管理:
-Manage the sample receiving process within QC. 保證QC樣品的有效接收。
-Label QC samples in time ensure traceable. 及時(shí)標(biāo)記QC樣品保證樣品的可追溯性
-Organize sample aliquot and distribution to QC labs according sampling plans. 根據(jù)取樣計(jì)劃，組織樣品分裝，并將樣品分發(fā)至各實(shí)驗(yàn)室。
-Manage retain samples and disposal of retain samples. 留樣有效管理和定期清理。
2.Management of all QC related documentation QC相關(guān)文件的管理：
-Manage all QC related documentation管理QC相關(guān)的所有文件。
-Collect all test reports and records, and no loss of reports and records. 負(fù)責(zé)檢測(cè)報(bào)告和記錄收集，保證報(bào)告和記錄的完
-Sort and classify all documents and scan required. 整理分類相關(guān)文件，并掃描所需文檔。
-Prepare CoA of release batches. 準(zhǔn)備放行批次樣品檢測(cè)報(bào)告。
-Work hand-in-hand regulatory teams for IND and NDA filings. 與法規(guī)事物同事密切合作，填寫相關(guān)IND和NDA申報(bào)資料。
3.Supporting GMP Audit支持GMP審計(jì)工作：
-Prepare and participatein GMP audits by clients, regulators, and/or BI internally, from GMP -production perspective準(zhǔn)備和參與各種形式的GMP審計(jì)工作。
-Fulfil other temporary task assigned by QC manager 完成QC經(jīng)理臨時(shí)交付的任務(wù)

11.Computer: Familiarity with Office software e.g. WORD, EXCEL, Power point, e-mail 計(jì)算機(jī)：熟悉辦公軟件如WORD EXCEL PowerPoint 電子郵件
