-為注射劑藥物生產車間提供現場指導。負責日常生產操作,確保產品符合法規和規程的要求，確保合理安排生產資源。
To provide line leadership in Parenteral Operations. Responsible for the daily operations, ensuring compliance with all policies/ procedures, ensuring resources are scheduled accordingly per the production schedule.
-嚴格遵守已有的政策及流程（安全，生產工藝，消毒，更衣等），確保所有操作員完成適當的培訓。
Ensure strict compliance with established policies/procedures (Safety, Production Procedures, Sanitization, Gowning, Etc.). Ensure operators are trained appropriately.
-主動積極地參與到無菌，封蓋，裝盒區域的審計、偏差活動中。
Take ownership for implementation of countermeasures associated with audits, observations, inspection findings, and deviations relative to aseptic areas and capping/sorting areas.
-參與到生產計劃中，與各個區域合作以確認設備和部件的完整性。
Participate in planning of operations. Network with various areas to verify components and equipment are available for manufacturing / packaging.
-協助生產經理做出正確的員工發展及評估。
Assist Production Manager in development, performance evaluation of operators
-在生產線上提供技術指導，建立好的榜樣。了解流程、質量體系和相應的的技術知識，為線上員工提供指導。
Technical leader on manufacturing line, setting good example, has demonstrated knowledge of procedures, compliance with quality systems and use of proper techniques. Resource for operators on line.

-藥品制造經驗
Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Experience
-對藥品生產壞境中的質量體系有深刻的了解。
Strong understanding of quality systems in a manufacturing environment.
-能靈活的上下班，周末能加班，能上輪班。
Flexible to work overtime, weekends, off-shifts.
-以身作則表率“安全第一”，在日常的行動和決定中將“安全”列為一個前攝性的考量項
Role model “safety first” by being compliant and proactive with HSE matters and considering safety in all actions and decisions
-不定期地檢查確保區域內的表現符合HSE的要求，激勵和幫助團隊成員持續提高團隊的安全氛圍
Be personally present on field to check compliance to HSE rules and behaviors of people; reward and coach people in the team to continuously improve team culture
-前攝性地與HSE溝通團隊內部的變化，關于人員和流程的變化
Guarantee communication with HSE to proactively share changes in people’s activity or new processes’
-有良好的人際交往能力和領導力能和員工進行溝通。
Strong interpersonal skills and leadership to communicate with operators.
-無菌工作經驗優先
Aseptic experience preferred
