主要職能：
Key Objectives/Deliverables:
以下職能主要支持禮來蘇州湖東分廠和灌裝項目。
The following objectives/deliverables support east packaging site and filling project.
? 負責工程部的自動化設(shè)施維護保養(yǎng)，包括制定相關(guān)程序，質(zhì)量和安全法規(guī)的符合，故障解決，預防性維護，日常監(jiān)控，偏差解決和預防，確保其符合GMP和HSE的要求。
Responsible for automation maintenance in engineering, including procedure establishing, quality and HSE requirement compliance, troubleshooting, PM, routine monitoring, deviation solve and prevention, to ensure its compliance with GMP and HSE requirement.
? 協(xié)調(diào)負責設(shè)備的儀表校正管理，包括制定相關(guān)程序，日常校驗管理，確保其精確并符合國家和公司的規(guī)定。
Responsible for instrument management, including procedure establishing, calibration
management, to ensure its accuracy and compliance with regulation of local and corporation.
? 運用優(yōu)良維護的方法，提高設(shè)備可靠性，降低故障率，并協(xié)助主管建立良好的設(shè)備維護管理體系。
Use lean maintenance methodology to improve equipment reliability, reduce malfunction, and assist supervisor to establish excellent equipment maintenance process.
? 負責所轄設(shè)備、儀表的編制預算，備件計劃，系統(tǒng)驗證，項目改造，施工協(xié)調(diào)，質(zhì)量和進度控制，保證其符合國家及公司的要求并按計劃完成
Responsible for charged equipment and instrument budget plan, spare parts plan, qualification, renovation, construction, quality and schedule control, ensue to compliance with regulation of local and corporation.
? 與其他各部門保持良好的溝通,保證公司各項政策及時得到落實并了解其他部門的要求;主動與政府部門和承包商進行溝通,與之保持良好的合作關(guān)系,了解最新國家政策和市場信息。
Sufficient communication to obtain the demands of other departments ensures and all company policies implemented. Good relationship with government and contractors, comprehend country policies and marketing information.
? 對低級別的人員進行技術(shù)的幫助指導。
Providing the support and coach to lower level staff on technical field.
? 根據(jù)HSE和5S的要求參與和執(zhí)行所分派的任務(wù)。
Participate and implement specific tasks regarding HSE and 5S activities.
? 是灌裝工廠環(huán)境監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)和潔凈設(shè)施自動化系統(tǒng)的責任工程師。
He is responsibility engineer of environmental monitoring system and clean utility automation system in east lake plant.
基本要求：
Basic Requirements:
? 電氣或自動化相關(guān)專業(yè),大學本科。
Bachelor’s degree major in electrical or related.
? 熟悉自動化系統(tǒng)(PLC/HMI等)，羅克韋爾自動化系統(tǒng)優(yōu)先。
Familiar with automation system, Rockwell system is preferred.
? 熟悉公用設(shè)施和潔凈設(shè)施系統(tǒng)原理。
Familiar with the principle of utility systems.
? 具有較強的協(xié)調(diào)、分析、判斷、溝通和解決問題的技能。
Strong coordination, analytical, judgment, communication and problem solving skill.
? 具有生產(chǎn)設(shè)施或工程/設(shè)計和基建的操作和保養(yǎng)工作經(jīng)驗。
Experience in operation and maintenance in manufacturing facilities or in engineering/design & construction business.
? 能用中英文進行溝通和讀寫文件。
Chinese and English capability for communication and documentation.
? 具有繪制CAD圖及運用計算機的能力.
Good CAD and computer skills.

Knowledge of EHS and installation related regulars.
? 具有計量校驗認證資質(zhì)更佳
Calibration Training Certification is prefer
? 具有電工證更佳
Electrician Training Certification is prefer
