職位描述：
1，新客戶開發(fā)
在UPS規(guī)劃的路區(qū)不斷嘗試Cold calls尋找新機會，并將自己發(fā)現(xiàn)的及各部門提供的SALES LEADS轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)閁PS客戶；
2，挖掘現(xiàn)有客戶新需求
運用一定的銷售方法將UPS的解決方案及增值服務(wù)如 Branded Label, API , QVM, ICDV,PI等介紹給客戶，改變客戶對傳統(tǒng)物流的看法，加深客戶對于UPS物流的認識，幫助客戶提升競爭力，提高UPS客戶的客戶滿意度，從而幫助UPS客戶成長,進而為UPS挖掘新的機會；
3，客戶維護
對于潛在客戶群, 即時安排拜訪客戶，了解未能合作的原因，與各個部門協(xié)調(diào)解決存在的問題，如過決策者在國外，立即與國外銷售做溝通。對于老客戶，定期安排拜訪，維持UPS的服務(wù)品質(zhì)；定期管理合同，及時給客戶續(xù)約；
4，客戶服務(wù)
跟Marketing合作為UPS客戶報價，回答各種疑問，協(xié)調(diào)UPS國內(nèi)外各個部門解決企業(yè)的各種要求（如海關(guān)扣貨，Cross Label等）及Special Requests（如調(diào)賬，同日二次遞送，異地取件，機場自送貨等）；協(xié)助客戶實施UPS的技術(shù)解決方案；
5,自我管理
每周分析貨量, 知道自己業(yè)績情況 ，如 有差距，采取措施彌補，必要時調(diào)整銷售策略；每天下班前做好第二天的Cold Call計劃；每天做好已經(jīng)完成的拜訪記錄，更新報銷系統(tǒng)。
要求：
熟悉物流或供應(yīng)鏈
善于溝通，有責任心和主動性
善于自我激勵及解決問題
3年及以上在航運，物流和供應(yīng)鏈等相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的銷售經(jīng)驗
