Job Description：
1、以專業的態度解答內外部客戶的清關咨詢
To handle customers’ inquiries about shipment’s import-clearance with professional attitude
2、與客戶建立良好溝通，指導客戶如何準備清關單證
To have good communication with customers and provide guidelines on how to prepare clearance docs
3、確保清關單證的準確性和及時性，以便貨物在第一時間內進入報關流程
To ensure accurate clearance docs providing in time and facilitate import-clearance operation
4、跟進清關狀態并及時向客戶反饋
To follow up the clearance status of import shipment and give feedbacks to customers in time
5、清關完成后，與相關部門進行協調確保貨物按時發送
To liaise with cross-functional departments for an timely shipment delivery after clearance
要求：
Requirement:
1、良好的溝通能力以及學習能力
Good communication and learning skill
2、工作主動，積極；有團隊協助精神
Self-motivated and Team spirit
3、熟練使用辦公軟件（Word, Excel, etc）
Familiar with Microsoft Office Software (such as Word, Excel, and etc)
4、1年及以上相關客服工作經驗，有物流行業經驗者優先
1 year working experience in customer service or relevant (Experience in logistics is plus)
5、大專及以上學歷，英語技能良好，英語四級及以上水平
Associate degree or above , Good command of English ( CET4 or above)
6、接受優秀應屆畢業生
Excellent graduates are acceptable
