Job Description 

About the department 

We now have 5 different team in china locate in Beijing, shanghai and Guangzhou. The whole clinical operation team have around 40 staff. 

The job
? Conducts trials in accordance with protocol requirement, GCP, ICH guidelines, local regulations and NN SOPs
? Takes the role of trial manager for local phase 4 trial to support marketing and sales as needed; Acts as mentor and coach and coordinates study team.
? Additional responsibilities


Qualifications
§ Above 3 years clinical research experience in pharmaceutical industry/CRO as CRA or at least 2 years in Novo Nordisk as CRA; expert in trial monitoring in different therapeutic areas or in different phases.
§ Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCPs), ICH Guidelines, and local regulations, research process and scientific knowledge as relates to clinical trial conduct. 
§ Willingness to travel
