"Expected Areas of Responsibilities
工作職責(zé)
"1. Manage Safety related SOP in line with local government and BMS corporate requirements
管理安全方面的SOP，使之符合當(dāng)?shù)睾虰MS總部的要求
2. Responsible to organize and participate in the ""Process Safety Management"" activities, conduct employee for the position “Job safety analysis (JSA)” and seek dangerous source to ensure the safety risk being well controlled.
負(fù)責(zé)組織并參與“生產(chǎn)工藝安全評(píng)價(jià)”等活動(dòng)，引導(dǎo)員工進(jìn)行崗位作業(yè)安全分析并識(shí)別危險(xiǎn)源，確保風(fēng)險(xiǎn)得以有效的控制。
3. Supervise site safety implementation status in line with local government and BMS corporate requirements, including but not limited in fire safety, special equipment and controlled materials management, permit issuing, etc...
監(jiān)督工廠安全相關(guān)事宜的執(zhí)行情況使之符合當(dāng)?shù)睾虰MS總部的要求，包括但不限于消防安全，特種設(shè)備和受控物料管理,作業(yè)許可的簽署等等
4. Execute daily site EHS inspection and identify safety hazards. Communicate with relevant department and get the findings solved or follow up
實(shí)施安全的日常檢查，找出安全方面存在的隱患，及時(shí)同有關(guān)部門溝通予于解決或跟蹤
5. Develop& implement safety training on on-boarding safety training, annual safety training and special safety training. Make out annual safety communication plan and develop safety communication materials.
制定和實(shí)施入職安全培訓(xùn)，年度安全培訓(xùn)，專項(xiàng)安全培訓(xùn)。并制定安全宣傳計(jì)劃，發(fā)展安全宣傳材料。
6. Responsible to conduct incidents and near miss investigation, assist the relevant department or person to analyze the root cause, work out the action plan to prevent the reoccurrence, then record and report the accident.
負(fù)責(zé)事故和隱患調(diào)查，協(xié)助相關(guān)部門、個(gè)人分析事故原因，制定預(yù)防措施以防止類似事件的再次發(fā)生，將調(diào)查情況作記錄，向上級(jí)報(bào)告
7. Responsible to develop and implement emergency response drill plan.
負(fù)責(zé)制定和實(shí)施應(yīng)急反應(yīng)演習(xí)計(jì)劃
8. Responsible to develop, improve and maintain OHSAS18001 and provide the support to the deparments.
負(fù)責(zé)發(fā)展，改善和維護(hù)OHSAS18001系統(tǒng)，并給相關(guān)部門提供技術(shù)支持。
9. Respobsible for toxic chemical , explosive chemical and other hazardous chemical management and keep good communication with relative local government.
負(fù)責(zé)工廠劇毒化學(xué)品，易爆品和其他危化品的管理。并和相關(guān)政府部門保持良好的溝通。
10. Responible for supplier safety managment and construction safety managment.
負(fù)責(zé)供應(yīng)商安全管理和項(xiàng)目施工安全管理。
11. Continuously improve machine safety and LOTO program.
持續(xù)改善工廠的設(shè)備安全和上鎖掛牌系統(tǒng)。 12. Complete other assignments given by superior
完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)其他交辦任務(wù)
"Experiences Desired
相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)要求
"1. 5 years or above experiences in Chemical, Mechanical or Safety Engineering
至少五年從事化工工程 、機(jī)械工程或安全工程的實(shí)際工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
2. Previous experience in EHS of pharmaceutical or management is preferable
具有制藥行業(yè)經(jīng)歷者及相關(guān)管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先
"Educational/Knowledge Desired (including professional qualifications & language proficiency)
必要的學(xué)歷和專業(yè)資格，含語(yǔ)言能力
"1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical, Chemical or Safety Engineering
本科學(xué)歷或以上，機(jī)械，化學(xué)或安全工程專業(yè)
2. Certified Safety Engineer or relevant
注冊(cè)安全工程師或相關(guān)資質(zhì)
3. ISO14001 or OSHAS18001 internal auditor is preferred
有ISO14001和OSHAS18001內(nèi)審員資質(zhì)更佳
4. Have an good ability to listen, speak, write and read in both English and Chinese
具有良好的中英文聽說(shuō)，讀寫能力
