Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities 主要工作職責：
General Ledger:
? Prepare G/L journal entry regarding GSK policy
? Work closely with GL accountant/ HCP accountant to ensure month end closing to work smoothly.

Reporting:
? Prepare Financial Report per IFRS & GSK corporate guideline, ensure the submission of all corporate reports i.e. SB14,Unison etc. per corporate timetable
? Prepare PRC Statutory Report per PRC GAAP
? Prepare and support other government financial report, i.e. statistic report, tax report, etc.
? Support Tax and other team to deal with annual inspection and annual tax return
? Prepare monthly BSR and follow up pending issues which are taken by GL team.
? Support internal and external audit

Document retention:
? Scan GL/FA/Inventory journals and related reports to the share folder
? Filing GL/FA/Inventory journals by month by entity
? Check inventory receipts and delivery bills ,insure all the records are match with the goods receipts and daily sales reports.

FA management
? Record the fixed asset transactions in the ledger correctly

Qualifications/Requirements: (Education / Experience / Competencies)

1. 2 years’ related working experience. Experience in statistics reporting and  in multinational companies is preferred.
2. University graduate with bachelor degree in Accounting
3. Good communication skills, strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
4. Can work under pressure
