Responsibility:
Lead/coordinate with internal and external partners/collaborators/vendors to ensure study deliverables within time, budget and quality objective from study initiation to study close-out.
? Author/review/approve study documents including clinical study protocol/informed consent form (ICF)/case report form (CRF)/clinical study report (CSR) etc.;
? Author/review/approve regulatory and administrative documents from investigator sites/vendors;
? Review/approve study budgets, contracts and invoice from sites/vendors;
? Review/evaluate vendor proposal and study reports including monitoring visit report (MVR), audit report, quality control report etc.;
? Coordination with serious adverse event (SAE) with pharmacovigilance department;
? Study issue identification/escalation and CAPA implementation;
? Review site/vendor performance through co-visit/meeting;
? Coordinate and organize study quality audit activities;
? Communication with study sites/KOL if applicable;
? Train study team on the protocol and study procedures;
? Plan, coordinate and present at investigators’ meetings;
? Regulatory communication (CDE etc.) regarding to study issues;
? Lead/coordinate with investigational product importation, distribution and destruction;
? Be responsible for study supply management;
? Attend study meeting with internal management team;
? Support/input to other functional department including but not limiting to regulatory, marketing, and business development if applicable.
