職位描述:
一、任職條件：
1、醫(yī)藥學(xué)、食品或相關(guān)專業(yè)，大專以上學(xué)歷。
2、具有一年以上從事保健食品相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
3、熟練掌握檢驗(yàn)專業(yè)的相關(guān)知識(shí)與實(shí)際操作技能。
4、熟悉保健食品及普通食品相關(guān)法律法規(guī)。
二、崗位職責(zé)：
1、結(jié)合公司產(chǎn)品的實(shí)際質(zhì)量管理，制定原輔料、包材及成品的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，明確檢驗(yàn)方法、檢驗(yàn)程序、保存期及不良品處理方法。
2、按質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)進(jìn)廠原輔料、工藝用水、包裝材料、中間產(chǎn)品和成品進(jìn)行取樣、檢驗(yàn)，并做好相關(guān)檢驗(yàn)記錄，出具檢驗(yàn)報(bào)告書，確保生產(chǎn)中使用合格的原輔料、工藝用水、包裝材料。
3、負(fù)責(zé)收集原輔料及包材的檢驗(yàn)報(bào)告和相關(guān)廠家資質(zhì)證明。
4、對(duì)潔凈區(qū)域進(jìn)行空氣潔凈度的監(jiān)測(cè)，并出具報(bào)告，確保產(chǎn)品在合格的環(huán)境下進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)。
5、檢驗(yàn)過程中所需試液、試劑、滴定液、培養(yǎng)基的配制，并做好相關(guān)記錄。
6、負(fù)責(zé)化驗(yàn)室的日常清潔，以及檢驗(yàn)設(shè)備的日常維護(hù)并做好儀器的使用記錄。
7、協(xié)助做好相關(guān)部門的配合工作，及時(shí)處理相關(guān)質(zhì)量管理工作。（非醫(yī)藥、食品或相關(guān)專業(yè)畢業(yè)者，請(qǐng)勿投簡。謝謝）
