職位描述
崗位職責：1、負責優化集團及下屬公司業務流程，提升公司整體運營效率；2、負責確立集團的經營管理方針、發展方向、組織機構，完善長遠規劃以及年度經營計劃，并指揮實施；3、組織協調相關業務部門的關系，為業務部門經營開展提供必要的服務和支持；4、負責公司運營指標的設置和完善；5、負責收集、匯總、分析集團各部門及下屬公司運營信息，完成月度運營報表、季度、年度運營分析報告，為公司管理層提供決策信息支持；6、負責運營風險的監控和協調工作；7、承辦公司領導交辦的其他事項。
任職資格：1、碩士以上學歷，醫藥類或管理類相關專業；2、5-8年以上醫藥企業運營管理工作經驗；3、熟悉藥品研發、生產、營銷等各個環節工作；4、掌握GMP知識，通曉國家藥品生產及質量的法律法規。
