部門概述和睦家醫(yī)療集團是中國境內(nèi)第一家按國際標準設(shè)立、診療技術(shù)領(lǐng)先的綜合性醫(yī)療機構(gòu)，我們的宗旨是：在家庭般溫馨舒適的就診環(huán)境里，為患者提供獨特的、全方位的醫(yī)療服務(wù).職位概述Lead, Manage and Administer the Department of Orthopedic Rehabilitation in Beijing United Family Rehabilitation Hospital. The Department Chairperson acts as the primary medical administrative officer for his or her department. She is responsible for all administrative and medical activities occurring within Orthopedic Rehabilitation departments and must account for departmental performance — especially any identified problems.崗位職責•Establish unity within the Section, bridging cultural divides;•Model leadership and teamwork within the Section;•In line with the Chief Medical Officer, Deputy Chief Medical Officer and General Manager develop a vision within the Department that facilitates increases activity, complexity and scope of service;•In line with the Hospital  strategy, develop and implement programs for growth – to reflect increase activity, complexity and scope of service;•Develop the Department Budgets in line with existing processes, to carry out the strategy and to optimize efficiencies;•Make recommendations for maintaining and evaluating and improving the quality of care provided in the Department by developing pathways and clinical guidelines in a collaborative manner, and ensure application and integration of them within the Department;•Develop a quality monitoring and quality improvement program•Actively be involved in patient complaints, and review each peer review in an adjudication role;•Submit written reports to the CMO and DCMO or GM concerning the findings of the Department’s patient care evaluation and monitoring activities (e.g., Peer Review cases) and any resulting actions; •Support talent acquisition, recruiting and training of physicians, and lead performance review and improvement as needed, including the setting of goals across the department for both individual and group targets;•Continuously review the credentials, privileges and performance of all physicians with clinical privileges and specified services in the Department, and regularly report the findings of such reviews to the CMO and DCMO; •Transmit recommendations concerning clinical privileges, specified services, or corrective action with respect to physicians in the department to the CMO and DCMO; •Ensure ongoing medical education for the medical staff in the Department;•Work closely with facility Regulatory Officers to ensure practice patterns meet and conform to regulatory requirements within China and Beijing Municipality;•Work closely with facility Regulatory Officers ensuring that appropriate employees are kept informed of developments within the regulatory environment, including planned and existing regulations;•As a member of the MAB, provide input on medical policies of the hospital, and make specific recommendations regarding her or his own department;•Enforce medical staff bylaws, rules, regulations, and policies within the Department, and initiate investigations of clinical performance or order consultations, when necessary; •Implement any actions taken by the MAB and/or the management board within the Department•Generally participate in every phase of administration in the Department, such as cooperating with nursing services and administration in matters affecting patient care, including personnel, supplies, special regulations, standing orders, and techniques; •Assist in the preparation of 2 monthly reports pertaining to the CMO, DCMO, ACMO, GM, or MAB, including budgetary planning reports, as required;•Meet regularly (at least monthly) with the CMO, DCMO, ACMO;•Where relevant, support UFH Centres, including research, training, disaster relief, and primary care. •Where relevant, assist in new development projects. •Perform any other duties as may be requested by the CMO or DCMO;任職條件Qualifications:•Doctor of Medicine degree (or equivalent) from an approved school of medicine•Board Certified (or equivalent) in Rehabilitation Medicine or Orthopedic Medicine•In possession of an active Chinese Medical License •Minimum 3-5 years of previous experience at a clinical administrative level preferred; •Previous leadership positions held in similar sized (or larger) environmentEducation and Experience: Knowledge and Skills:•Must be a full member of the Medical Staff as defined in the Medical Staff By-Laws;•Previous experience and working knowledge of management techniques with proven successful service within a medical staff structure preferred;•Fluency in English and Chinese.
