Development of resources for oncology program.崗位職責(zé)Independent care of medical oncology patients including overseeing multidisciplinary evaluation, diagnosis, staging, and treatment including chemotherapy and biologic therapy.Work closely with oncology chair or senior consultant to develop plan of careOutpatient clinical care including consultations, treatment, and follow-up of patients.In-patient consultationShared on-call responsibilitiesDevelop resources for expansion of oncology program including physician consultants, development of policies and procedures, education material.Perform tasks as directed by the supervising physician. Work closely with the entire New Hope team to provide best possible patient care任職條件Medical Degree in clinical medicine, major in internal medicineAttending level Medical Oncologist ACLS certification preferred Excellent English language communication skills essential, written and spokenTime management and organization skillsAbility to work effectively and efficientlyFriendly, mature and flexibleExcellent knowledge base regarding chemotherapy and biologic therapy toxicities and care of oncology patients.Hematology knowledge would be a plus.
