職位描述
崗位職責(zé)1. Review and interpret prescription orders and verifies accuracy and completeness of patient labeling and input into pharmacy computer.2. Evaluate and resolves real or potential prescription related problems.3. Provide patient consultation on prescription, vaccines, and OTC medications.4. Process Patient Mail Orders and maintain proper records of patient own medications or mailed ordered medications.5. Have strong knowledge or understand of vaccines6. Dispense medication to hospitalized patients..7. Participate in pharmacy daily tasks (i.e. narcotic count, record keeping)8. Take part in evening and weekend shifts. Participate in night on-calls if needed.9. Assist pharmacy stock technician in drug procurement (order, receipt and shelving).10. Dispense and maintain proper stock of vaccines.11. Compounding products for department stock.12. Responsible for special project as assigned by pharmacy manager.任職條件1. Knowledge Skills and Abilities-2. Be able to perform the above duties independently3. Good communication skills in English and Chinese4. Self-motivated, energetic, and possess great customer service attitude.5. Knowledge of government laws pertaining to drugs, narcotics and pharmacy practice.6. Knowledge of basic clinical pharmacology and pharmacotherapy in Western and Vaccines.7. Must be available for days, nights, and weekends8. Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy.9. 5 years work experience in a pharmacy (community or hospital) setting.10.
