Role Summary/PurposeA resource that will engage with new account and existing account sales opportunities to establish credibility with end users, drive strategy, and demonstrate optimal solutions. This role is expected to provide thought leadership on the value of implementing and utilizing Practice Management software solutions. Will also work in close partnership with Marketing and Product Strategy to provide input regarding positioning and improving GE Healthcare solutions.Essential Responsibilities• Provides leadership and expertise in the Sales cycle to research the customer's environment and determine the business fit of GE Healthcare solutions • Creates personalized presentations based on knowledge gained about the customer, demonstrating how GE Healthcare solutions can improve the customer's business environment • Accompanies prospects on site visits to existing customer sites to help the prospect understand the benefits and use of GE Healthcare solutions at that customer site. • Provides the Marketing and Product Strategy departments with expert input regarding positioning and improving GE Healthcare solutions • Establish credibility as an expert and create strong relationships with key decision makers at prospect sites • Apply Edge Sales methodology to interview clinicians at customer sites and gain understanding of workflow, identify opportunities for improvement, and establish business fit • Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to create and deliver product demonstrations to new prospects and existing customers • Provide insight and input into the clinical strategies for each opportunity engaged • Educate sales team on GE Healthcare product positioning in the context of evolving market needs and clinical trends • Develop the Clinical Education Training Offering and drive the Clinical Education Revenue and Growth • Manage Application Specialists Resources & Competencies Profile to meet Business Needs • Collect, analyze, and communicate competitive information • Ensure the strategy is implemented in the Geography. • Be the focal point for Clinical activities and as such is responsible for promoting all GE Healthcare Clinical offering within the geography and driving related Orders & Sales for Clinical Education Training. • Drive related Orders & Sales for Software and Workstations upgrade on IB.Qualifications/RequirementsQuality Specific Goals: 1. Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position 2. Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines 3. Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required 4. Knowledge and understanding of all Global Privacy and Anti-Competition Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare HIPPA Guidelines, NEMA Regulations, etc.) and operates within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Int'l Law is broken. 5. Knowledge and understanding of all Environmental Health Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare EHS Policies, GE Healthcare Fleet Rules, etc.) and operate within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Int'l Law is broken. 6. Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position. 7. Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines 8. Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required. 9. Drive continuous improvement on all related processes, work instructions, and procedures to ensure ongoing standardization and simplification of the Quality Management System. Required Qualifications: 1. Minimum of 6 years experience demonstrating clinical products or minimum 7 years experience working in a clinical setting 2. Willingness to travel within territory and to sales meetings and tradeshows 3. Selling Skills. 4. Negotiation skills. 5. Software & Workstation skills.6. Methodology. 7. Effective communicator. 8. Customer focused. 9. Team player. 10. Good interpersonal skills. 11. Fluent in local language and English. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Passion and vision for improving health care through technology 2. Clinical experience preferred 3. Hands-on experience with healthcare software products, especially recent use with Centricity products. 4. Outstanding presentation skills (4+ years preferred). 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills 6. Ability to effectively troubleshoot problems, think on your feet, and improvise solutions under time constraints 7.
